Returns & Exchange Policy

At Shekya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective product, we are here to help with our simple returns and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns for products that have manufacturing defects or were damaged during delivery.
- Timeframe: You must notify us of the defect and request a return within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and a detailed description of the defect.
Return Process
Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including any accessories or free gifts.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Shekya for defective items.
Exchanges
- If the product is eligible for an exchange, we will ship a replacement to you once the defective item is returned and inspected.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, you will be given the option for a refund.
Refunds
In the case that a return is accepted but an exchange cannot be made, we will process a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not defective or damaged. For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened.
